Vehicle Parking

NOTE: As of September 24, 2024 the new Single Side of the Street Parking rule mentioned below is in effect.

Single Side Street Parking

  • Long Key Ln & Key Largo Ln
  • Parking will only be allowed on the odd numbered side of the street, also referred to as the outer loop on Long Key Ln.
  • No parking will be allowed on the even numbered side of the street.

Additional Parking Rules

Parking is permitted on all streets in the community with the exception of Key West Lane. There are no reserved parking spots. Residents, their guests or repair/maintenance persons may park in any legal parking spot in the Isles.

Street Parking

  1. A parked vehicle must face the direction of travel on a two-way street. (i.e. The passenger side door shall be next to the swale.)

  2. No part of the parked vehicle may be on the grass.

  3. No parking is permitted within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, mailbox or intersection.

  4. No vehicle may be parked in a manner which blocks a driveway.

  5. No vehicle may be parked in a manner which blocks the public sidewalk. (This applies to residents and their guests.)

  6. Parking by guests/visitors is permitted only when visiting an occupant.

  7. Parking is only allowed on the odd numbered side of the street, also referred to as the outer loop on Long Key Ln. No parking is allowed on the even numbered side of the street. This applies to Long Key Lane and Key Largo Lane.

  8. No more than 2 cars per unit may be regularly parked on the street. Please use garages and driveways whenever possible.

Pool Parking Lot

The parking lot adjacent to satellite Pool #2 is for the daytime use of residents who are using the pool. In the evening, this area may be used by visitors/guests for evening or overnight parking only. Cars parked overnight in this parking area must be moved not later than 9:30 AM the next morning. 

Parking Over the Sidewalks

Parking over the sidewalk is a violation.  Please do not park over the sidewalks.

Vehicle Restrictions

No boat, trailers, campers or motor homes shall be parked within the community. No commercial vehicles used in a trade or business (except for passenger vehicles) for transporting goods, materials, waste products or equipment vehicles with commercial lettering shall be parked within the community. Trucks with a cab and separate enclosed cargo area, Vans without side windows, UPS type trucks, and trucks designed and/or used for commercial purposes are not permitted unless parked in the Owner’s garage.

Repair and Maintenance

Repair and maintenance of vehicles is not permitted except in the garage. Car washing and interior cleaning of a vehicle is allowed.

Towing of Vehicles

Vehicles parked in violation of these restrictions or in violation of any law, may be towed, at the expense of the vehicle owner. Illegally parked vehicles may be subject to fines from the HOA.
