Welcome to the Isles of Aberdeen. You are going to love it.

There are several phone numbers that you will need when you first move in:

  1. Campbell Property Management is the company hired by the Isles of Aberdeen. They can be reached at 561-432-2703. They will provide you with the payment coupons for the monthly maintenance fees. If you have a problem such as a tree limb overhanging your roof contact Campbell with the concern.
  2. Comcast – 561-655-3842. You will have to call them to establish an account and to receive up to 4 free digital hi def set top boxes for television viewing.

  3. Alarm Partners – 1 (800) 330-5056. They will come to your house to set up your account and to create your security code and password. There will be a one time fee for this service.
    Please be aware that the alarm equipment in your home is your responsibility. The Isles only provides monitoring in the monthly maintenance.
  4. Gate Call Box – Please contact Paul Catalano at 561-963-8639, paul6316@yahoo.com or Lisa Teets at lteets@campbellproperty.com and we will have the gate computer updated with your new number.
  5. Trash pickup is twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday. Trash and recycle bins are not to be placed outside before 6 PM the night before pickup. Recyclable trash is only picked up on Saturdays. You can call SWA at 1(866) NEW-BINS for free new recycle bins, which they will deliver directly to your home. Old bins can be put into large black trash bags and will be picked up on normal trash days. Plastic garbage bags may not be placed outdoors at any time. They must be placed inside the trash bin from the Solid Waste Authority (SWA). No loose or shredded paper should be placed in the recycle bins. It should be bagged and placed in the trash bin.
  6. Pets –  You are allowed to have two dogs, which can weigh no more than 35 pounds each and be no taller than 20 inches at the shoulder. It is the pet owner’s responsibility to clean up after their dogs.
    If you have pets that will remain indoors, such as cats or birds, you can have more than two.
