New Rules and Regulations for Isles of Aberdeen (as of September 24, 2024)
- No pit bulls (American Pit Bull Terriers) are allowed to visit or live in the Isles.
- A visitor with animals are subject to the same rules as set forth by the HOA for animals (size and weight).
- The hanging, erection, display or installation of holiday decorations is allowed, however, these must be removed within 14 days of the passing of that holiday.
- Trash/recycling bins must be retrieved & stored in your garage by 11:59 PM on the day of collection.
- No car tarps that cover a parked car are allowed regardless of whether the car is parked on the street or on a driveway.
- No more than 2 cars per unit may be regularly parked on the street. Please use garages and driveways whenever possible.
- No one may park a vehicle in a way that blocks the public sidewalk. This applies to residents and their guests.
- Parking on Long Key Lane and Key Largo Lane is only permitted on the odd numbered side of the street.
- No parking within 15 feet of a mailbox, fire hydrant or intersection.
- If a hurricane warning has been issued for our area by the National Weather Service or by the Governor of Florida, all loose objects outside your unit must be placed indoors. Otherwise, it can become a hazardous flying object that can damage a neighbor’s property or your property.
- After the passing of a hurricane or other severe weather event where the National Weather Service or Florida Governor has issued a “Warning”, residents must remove hurricane shutters, panels, plywood or other window coverings within four days of the passing of that event.
- The Isles HOA is NOT responsible for maintaining or fixing gutters on individual homes.
- Outside coach lights must be white and between 14 and 20 inches tall.
